Fully Equipped Gym and Exercise Classes
We run group classes to make exercise fun and social. It’s a great way to meet new people while obtaining the benefits of physical activity. Our classes cater for different levels of fitness and ability. We use equipment to improve stability and balance including parallel walking bars and foam balance pads. These exercises classes are designed to compliment your recovery and are integrated throughout your journey to aid in redefining your potential.
